I began my career in residential electrical before transitioning into real estate, which has given me a practical understanding of how homes are built and how their systems function.I also have a strong interest in economics and follow market trends, new housing policies, and financial indicators. Alongside this knowledge I bring a thorough understanding of real estate contracts and negotiations. I don't believe its my job to sell someone a house, it’s my job to provide guidance so they can make the best decision for themselves. This part of Washington has a neighborhood for everyone, and I’ll help you find the one that’s right for you.

My first name “Zavier” is of Spanish origin and means “New House.”
I am a lifelong Washingtonian, having grown up on Vashon Island before relocating to Seattle. In my free time, I enjoy martial arts, snowboarding, riding motorcycles, and golfing. Thankfully living in Seattle gives me great access to all of these pursuits.To briefly summarize why I love this profession, I would say that real estate provides a unique opportunity to serve people during one of the most important decisions of their lives. Real estate agents are often viewed as salespeople, but I approach my work with the mindset of a service professional. Buying a home is often the largest financial investment many Americans will ever make, and I take seriously the responsibility of guiding my clients through that process with expertise and integrity.
